Each month we are invited to a new theme. What I love about this is that its keeps it manageable. That month we focus on that theme and how we can bring it more into our everyday lives. It’s amazing how when you bring your attention to something you can recognize it in your own life even when at first you might not feel connected to that particular theme. We then get the opportunity to reflect and are guided to understand what has come up. I particularly enjoy this because quite often I can recognize I feel a certain way but Jess bring the science to it and give you tools. This help me take it from the awareness to the embodiment.

I started with what I could find online which bought me to self love and it's from there that the whole world opened up for me. I discovered so many ways to awaken my consciousness, yet I couldn't find anything that bought everything I wanted together.

What I longed for was a space I could call home, a space where I could learn, heal & awaken from an abundance of teachers and through different healing modalities.

I’m an embodied, certified sex, love & relationship coach guiding women into a life of self love & devotion, helping women reconnect with their bodies, joy and pleasure, so they can step into a life of deep alignment, confidence and aliveness — using a blend of trauma informed, somatic, tantric & psychological approach.

My work centres on creating a safe, nurturing space where each woman can cultivate profound self love, embody her authentic power, and transform her relationship with herself from the inside out.

My journey into self love...

Was born from navigating through my dark night of the soul. It's from that experience, that my work finds its purpose. I'm endlessly grateful for the incredible women who, like you, bravely choose this path, committed to transforming their lives and redefining happiness, confidence, and beauty.

A little deeper...

I’m a Pisces sun, Capricorn moon and Capricorn rising; a Manifesting Generator, 6:2 profile, my north node is aligned with community and I have such a curious mind for all modalities & medicines, which is why I feel so passionate about this conscious path.

I absolutely love gathering in ritual with other women, travelling, trying food from around the world and meeting new gorgeous souls. I believe so deeply that we all have a deep calling and when we learn to trust the divine universe and full madly in love with ourselves it all unravels beautifully.

My partner & I have been together for over 5 years, which included a year long split which was the exact catalyst we both needed to awaken even further; nothing like a heartbreak to wake you up - Now we are both on a path of sacred union & polarity. Previous me worked in corporate & didn't have any idea that beyond therapy this world existed, so it gives me such excitement to create a home where other curious, conscious women can gather and learn all different modalities, from different women, as we create firm roots on the divine feminine path of collaboration & self love.

I have been working with women, holding space privately and in groups for over 2 years and I cannot wait to be apart of your journey and share everything I have learnt along the way.
