The Mind
Learn what is going on inside your mind, so you can begin to understand your thoughts, your patterns and why you have the perspective that you do.
You will be learning the truths behind mindset and how you can immediately create tangible shifts to deepen your trust for your inner feminine, so you’re not constantly believing your inner critic.
Self love is about learning to love all parts of you, even your mind!
Tuesday 6th August
The Body
Your body is your guiding compass to the feminine. She is waiting for you to listen, to follow the calls, to trust her guidance, so you can start living as your authentic self. Just how the Universe intended!
In day 2 you will learn the key principles of feminine energy, how to start connecting with yourself through self love and immediate integration tools that will help you put down the masculine shield, so you can soften, connect & live from your feminine essence.

The Goddess
The Goddess is here to Shine!
The Feminine is here to Rise!
She is not here to be dimmed, to be limited, to be living a life that is not aligned to her highest self. The Feminine Goddess IS liberated, free, connected to her body, her mind and her vision.
In our final day together we will be using the cosmic energy of the Lions Gate Portal to manifest your deepest desires using both your mind and your body! Eek, it’s going to be amazing!!

Hey Queen,
I’m Jess, I am a Self Love Expert & Feminine Embodiment Coach for woman looking to unlock the code on self love and build an unbreakable relationship with themselves. I help women tap into their aliveness, pleasure and purpose, by reminding them of their power. It is my mission to empower you to step into your fullest expression and embody the goddess within!
Using my self love & feminine embodiment approach I not only connect you to yourself & your body, but I have a huge devotion to helping women heal the sisterhood wound, which is why I am incredibly passionate about community and ensuring you do not feel alone on this awakening path.
I am also studying to become a Sex, Love & Relationship Coach with VITA.
My journey has been a path of feeling unworthy, in deep self-loathing, disconnected to my body and quite simply not loving myself at all, to then having the biggest transformation of my life! Self Love is what woke me up, it’s what showed me the blocks and limiting beliefs that I was living by which were keeping me small, keeping me from taking up space, keeping me from starting my dream business, from connecting with women, and frankly stopping me from living a joyous life!
Now my life looks totally different! I have been working with women inside my group programme The Goddess Awakening, my private coaching containers and The Sacred Sisterhood, to help women fall madly in love with themselves!!
